To make this
drink, At first take a fresh cucumber. Cut the cucumber and make small slices. Cucumbers
are packed with essential nutrients, including vitamins C and K, both of which
play a vital role in losing weight. Also, cucumbers are very low in calories
yet high in soluble fiber, making them an excellent food that promotes
hydration and boosts weight loss.
 Then take the cucumber slices on a blender.
Now add a glass of water. Then blend it and make it juice. After blend it,
strain out the cucumber juice with a sieve. Then add 2 tablespoon of chia
seeds. Eating fiber rich diet is one of the simplest ways to lose weight. The
fiber content that is present in chia seeds also helps in better digestion and
bowel regularity. Two tablespoons of chia seeds contain almost 10 grams of
fiber. So these seeds can do wonders if added to your early morning breakfasts

And last add a half of lemon juice. Lemons
